Who we are
The Firm was founded in 1957 by Mr. Amos Morandi. The founder has been Chairman of the Reggio Emilia Association of Chartered Accountants for many years, he has held many positions as member of BoD and statutory auditors for various companies, and he has been a member of the Commission for the definition of accounting principles. He was a point of reference for many people and companies who still remember his exceptional human and professional skills.
Currently the Firm is run by his son, Mr. Giulio Morandi, member of the Bars of Italian Chartered Accountants (“Dottori Commercialisti”), Accountants Auditors (“Revisori Contabili”) and Lawyers (“Avvocati”).
The Firm, together with the related service companies, currently employs (or cooperate with) about 50 professionals. Studio Morandi provides tax, accounting, corporate and labour law, HR/payroll consultancy and assistance aimed mainly to industrial, commercial and financial companies.
Partnership with PA
Studio Morandi and PA Professionisti Associati (“PA”) are two autonomous professional structures that – thanks to the participation of Giulio Morandi in PA as Managing Partner – actively collaborate with each other to create significant synergies and excellent services in the best interest of their clients.
The firm PA Professionisti Associati was founded in 1995 by a group of Chartered Accountants and operates throughout the country with its offices in Modena, Carpi and Correggio (RE).
PA currently employs about 15 professionals (Chartered Accountants and Legal Auditors) and it is supported by a staff for ordinary and extraordinary activities.
The firm provides administrative, financial, tax and corporate consultancy, accounting auditing and tax litigation, aimed at companies of any size.
Certifications & Membership
The Firm and some of its professionals are registered members of the relevant Italian professional registers – chartered accountants, auditors, lawyers – as well as member of the main territorial trade associations, in particular the entrepreneurial ones.
